nobody can (yet?)... also, its difficult to define %26#039;life%26#039;- this being one of the major elements in solving this riddle

On the third day, nothing said %26quot;let there be a fight%26quot;, and he fought with himself and many parts of nothing developed into life.

This means that before time existed for our universe before our Big Bang there was some intelligent involved. Ken Ham would argue that this intelligence is God, whilst Lee Smolin would argue that such intelligence evolved prior to the Big Bang.
This however leads to a possible paradox since time for us started with the Big Bang and from our perspective such Creation or Evolution must have happened %26quot;before time%26quot;.
This then leads us to the conclusion that life in our universe did not come from nothing, but was at least partially created before Einsteinian time.
This then leaves us with a compromise where we could ascribe the name of God to the life before time that directs the development of events in our universe, but also leaves the possibility that God or God%26#039;s thoughts may have evolved from initial concepts of self awareness or creation of basic forms before branching out to the complexities required for our universe to operate like a precision watch.
There may be mechanisms to decide to what extent our universe is a construction like a watch or an evolved organism like a flowering plant, but I will leave that to your own investigations should you be interested.

Something tells me Obama meant for those Wrights remarks to leak out. So that the whole race issue will be overblown, to get people talking about it and to vote out of guilt.

I think that the study of different cultures should be mandatory in American schools; i.e., pick one or two to study throughout your school life, including a language or two. Bottom line: a more knowledgeable society is a more sophisticated society.

As part of my job I have to a lot of Human resource management. I try to be just, but then I generally give a kind decision in the end. This way i have no anger, no lingering effect of any decision I take. The answer is in being KIND. It stems from a clear insight into our complex selves. For that practice mediatation or sit in the company of trees hills(GOD) more often.

I take it you mean the %26#039;things%26#039; that last for the entire regular-typical life span as we know it, excluding the possibility of an afterlife...
I believe wonder, suffering (and learning ways to deal), and the desire(s) to feel important...hey we%26#039;re here on Yahoo Answers, are we not?

I%26#039;m in a debate team and need some arguements. Paficism is peacefull people. Like Martian Luther King. Or Gandhi. I need some arguements that would be helpful for the yes side or the side that want paficism to be taken by people.

I agree with them - violence is not a solution. A world would be a terrible, terrible place if we would solve every problem with a fist or a gun.

Pacifism is generally a long term strategy.
Often times a mixture of violence and peace such as that used by Alexander The Great, is more powerful than pure violence. Any violence requires some cooperation from ones victims. If the greedy take their desires with violence they can expect that the favor will be returned when they show weakness.
When Alexander died his empire fought amongst itself to its destruction.
If I had the money and lives spent on the War in Iraq, I believe I could have had more sucess pacifying Iraq through pacifism than Bush had using his shock and awe.
On the other hand if Gengus Kaan, Rockefella, or Alexander had Bush%26#039;s war machines they would likely have had a resounding victory.
The question of pacifism is like the debate on spanking. A clever parent or teacher will be able to control children using only selective rewards. My brother however quickly learned that stealing was wrong when our father caught him stealing, and applied a heavy handed method of impressing his lesson.
Loving your enemies will eventually gain you genuine friends. Violence on the other hand encourages more violence. If all the money and lives spent on US warfare was diverted into quality of life for citizens, and development of potential trading partners, there would be less need for army or police to maintain order.
If the US army went in unarmed and carried flowers instead of bullets they would have likely lost less lives and had better results winning hearts and minds.
Warfare is a self fulfilling prophesy. The more violence you use and the bigger the guns you get the more angry your enemies will get and the bigger the guns they will want to feel secure; leading to a feud and arms race.
